Cancellation by the customer:
If you need to cancel your participation in one of our trainings, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. We agree to refund the full amount of the registration fee if you notify us of your cancellation at least 7 days before the course start date. If you notify us of your cancellation less than 7 days before the course start date, we cannot guarantee a full refund. We will consider each cancellation request on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation by the trainer:
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel or postpone a training due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you in writing or by telephone as soon as possible and offer you either a full refund or a place in a future training session.
We understand that unforeseen situations can arise and we will do our best to find a solution that works for everyone. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy.
